The terms of the Quints T&Cs are hereby incorporated by reference into these Rules. If there is any conflict between these Rules and the terms in the Quints T&Cs, the Quints T&Cs shall take precedence. In order to participate in the Contest, each Affiliate must fully comply with the Quints T&Cs and these Rules.

AN ENTRY MAY BE REJECTED IF (IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR): (I) THE ENTRY IS NOT SUBMITTED AND RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES DURING THE CHALLENGE PERIOD; AND/OR (II) THE ENTRY IS NOT OTHERWISE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES, THE AFFILIATE’S AFFILIATE IO, AND/OR THE QUINTS T&CS (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION).
BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, THE AFFILIATE AGREES THAT THE ENTRY COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE CHALLENGE PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LEGAL LIABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE USE OF THE ENTRY BY THE CHALLENGE PARTIES AND THE CHALLENGE PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY THE AFFILIATE IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE AFFILIATE HAS DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THE RULES, THE QUINTS T&CS, AND/OR THAT AFFILIATE’S AFFILIATE IO.
